Life Christian Fellowship
What does God expect of me?
Most Americans self-identify as Christians. PEW research has the number at 63% in December of 2021. Although the word, “Christian,” was coined a couple thousand years ago and began as a synonym for those who were active, sold-out disciples of Christ, the meaning has changed considerably since then.
Of those who choose to identify as Christian, far fewer would qualify as, “Christfollowers,” based on Biblical observations of and instructions for genuine disciples…
Leadership Team
“Love God, Love People.” That’s the RSC (Revised Shelby County) translation of Matthew 22:37-39. We’re all works in progress, but we take this command seriously!
Jesse Thomas
Jesse is the Congregational Elder. Preaching, teaching and providing Biblical counsel is his assignment.
“For me, the most important part of being a Christfollower is my personal, intentional, daily pursuit of God and what His plan is. My job is to apply that to my life and determine how He wants to use me going forward to further His agenda.”
David Coleman
David’s a Teaching Elder.
“I am thankful to be an American and the day I realized that being a Christian was more important changed me forever.”
David’s been part of LCF since the beginning. Ask him how the experience of being baptized in the Holy Spirit went!
Bob Kuehner
Bob founded LCF in 2000 and served as Pastor until 2020. He currently serves as Chief Servant & Storyteller and oversees its operation.
“It does us about as much good as it did Adam to hide from God in the garden. I need to be honest with God about our relationship and where we are now, with an eye towards growth and becoming who He wants me to be.”

“God, I cry to you in the early morning,
help me to pray and to gather my thoughts;
I cannot do it alone.
It is dark inside me, but you do not leave me.
I am timid, but with you is my help.
I am anxious, but with you is peace.
There is bitterness inside me, but with you is patience.
I do not understand your ways, but you know the right way for me.
Lord Jesus Christ,
You were poor and miserable, caught and abandoned like me.
You know all the sorrow of humanity,
You stay with me, when nobody stays with me,
You don’t forget me, and you search for me.
You want me to recognise you and turn to you.
Lord I hear your call and follow.
Help Me.
